Colors of the Soul

Inspired by the biblical symbol of the journey, Sr. Marjorie takes us on a spiritual journey of the soul through poetry and art. Going beyond dark valleys to welcome the radiant dawn, and from mountain peaks to waterfalls, the reader is privy to her conversation with God and her deep appreciation of nature. Biblical allusions and actual quotations flow through the poems, each of which is introduced with an appropriate quotation from a variety of authors from Hildegard of Bingen to Anne Frank.

In her book: Colors of the Soul, Sr. Marjorie embellishes our minds and hearts to reflect in the vast dimensions of the soul.  The insightful spectrum of hope and love poured out from her heart unveils somehow the journey she had traveled while flying through the skies of the spirit, which are not always blue and clear. One can perceive in her poems, the Author of life as the center that harmonizes the inner self and moves us to paint our universes with meaningfulness.

Sr. Marj's inspiring work will certainly uplift every reader's spirit! Her impeccable choice of words woven seamlessly together create a myriad of emotions culminating in  inexplicable solace. The pastel hues of the visuals further magnetize the reader towards more in-depth reflections ranging from flippant to passionate... A prayer-filled experience indeed...
